Die forging involves deforming a metal blank through pressing or hammering within the constraints of a die to achieve the desired shape and size. The die forging process is suitable for mass production and can guarantee high dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Due to the high cost of mold design and manufacturing, die forging is more suitable for larger batch production. Compared with free forging, the dimensional accuracy of die forging is higher and more complex shapes can be achieved
