Flow Process

At MKmfg, our rigorous quality control process starts from raw material procurement through forging, heat treatment

semi-finished machiningfinal machining, and assembly. Each stage is meticulously overseen by our engineers, who are experts

in metallurgy, forging, heat treatment non-destructive testing (NDT), machining, and testing. This comprehensive approach

ensures that every product meets our exacting standards for precision and reliability.

A cast metal ingot is taken

The preheated workpiece

is placed in a hydraulic stamping press

After the stamping process, theworkpiece is

normalized in order toreduce internal stresses in the metal

Heat treatment of the forging in order to obtain the required

hardness and strength characteristics in accordance

with the requirements for the finished part

The metal ingot is heated in the
furnace up to 1250 degrees Celsius

On the press, the workpiece is compressed to the dimensions closest to the part with an allowance for machining

Stamping is processed on a metal- cutting machine to remove excess metal, scale and align the shape of the workpiece with an allowance of 5mm relative to the size of the finished part. Also 5 holes are drilled for better hardenability during further heat treatment
