◆ Product Description
High-pressure hose used in oil drilling,slurry transportation system between the top of the drilling riser and the vertically movable faucet for flexible connection of hoses,pumps and apply between drilling and pipeline riser for adjusting the mounting errors, and to faciliate connections vibration isolation.Also used in high-pressure delivery from large number of rotary drilling equipment and pump out the lowest aniline point of 66℃ water-based or oil-based mud,and can anti-hydrogen sulfide corrosion. Down hole operation for conveying water,oi,mud and other pressure medium.
◆ Design Features
Structure is a tube from the inner layer,or stainless steel armor , carbon fiber reinforced layer,middle rubber layer,steel wire reinforcing layer (steel chain wire reinforcing layer),carbon fiber cover.
Products are divided into steel wire reinforced,reinforced steel chain line.
The joint forms are diverse,in addition to API Spec 5B pipe thread and tubing threads ,but also provide union and flange connection type, an also be manufactured according to user requirements.

Suitable for drilling rigs, semi-submersible drilling vessels or drilling ships that have relative motion to cause changes in the mounting dimensions of the rigs under the working conditions of the connection. Transport high-pressure media such as oil, gas, mud, etc. (mainly including blowout lines, blowout prevention lines, throttling kill lines.
◆ Design Features
The product has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, heat insulation,flame retardant, fire resistance,and the inner wall is highly wear-resistant.
Executive standard: API Spec 16C.
