Product Description
Hose loops are suitable for various high-pressure operations, including discharge pipelines, liquid transportation pipelines, well test pipelines, and cementing (6000 PSI to 15000 PSI) mud pipe fittings. They are designed to transport liquids under high-pressure working conditions. The hose loop consists of a movable elbow and a straight pipe assembly, making it easy to stack, transport, and store. It features flexibility, impact resistance, vibration resistance, and large flow capacity.
The hose loop manifold is available in three forms: short radius, long radius, and live loss type. Specifications include 2" and 3" sizes with working pressures ranging from 42 MPa to 105 MPa (6000 PSI to 15000 PSI). The typical configuration includes 50° and 10° elbows.
